His film photographs are developed and printed in a darkroom, giving rise to unique images coated on baryta paper. With digital photographs, the post-production is ensured with the help of software and the prints are done on FineArt paper or in Digigraphie.
A biologist by training, Christian Bassot is a self-taught photographer. He has been awarded for his participation in various photography competitions (UNESCO, Agfa, Bourse du Talent, FNAC, Ilford). While collaborating with interior design agencies, he takes a sensitive look at the actions of Man who, in his constant quest for evolution, models and redesigns the landscapes, as well as the world around him.
