Christian Bassot

PHOTOGRAPHY
Biologist by training, Christian Bassot is a self-taught photographer. He has been rewarded during participations in different photography competitions (Unesco, Agfa, talent grant, FNAC, Ilford). While collaborating with interior architecture agencies, he takes a sensitive look at the actions of man who, in a constant quest for evolution, models and redesigns the landscapes and the world around him.

In argentic, developed and drawn in darkroom, the photographs give rise to unique images laid on baryted paper. In digital, post-production is carried out using software and the prints are printed on FineArt paper or in Digigraphie.
