Véronique Durruty is a French photographer and visual artist, whose work explores the journey through senses and emotions. She questions beauty, reality and develops her tactile and poetic approach through different art forms, mainly photography, but also through drawing, mixed media and installations. Her work has been the subject of more than 30 books and exhibitions around the world and her pieces are part of both public and private collections. Member of the great humanist agency, Rapho (Brassai, Robert Doisneau, Willy Ronis), she is represented as a permanent artist by several galleries and lives and works in Paris.
